Slowly and safely transitioning back to in-person events.

This is an outdoor, open air event in a secluded downtown Livermore courtyard with a 25 person limit. The door entrance will be monitored. There will be enough space for us to distance 6 feet apart.

There will be an optional picture and video 10 minute window, otherwise we kindly ask everyone turn off their phones/ cameras.

We hope that in the future we will be able to make this more accessible and open to the public however right now we are making the following adjustments:

• There is a 25 person limit at this event

• Temperatures will be taken at the door

• Masks are required

• Ages 18+ only

• Bring your own drum and percussion OR let us know in the registration form if you need to rent one

• Chairs will be provided however bring your own if you prefer

• For those who are feeling sick or who have been around others who have tested positive for Covid-19, we ask that you stay home.

Each attendee will need to fill out this Google form below and provide an email address. The location will be sent via email the morning of May 5th.
